My Goal

My Goal is to constantly challenge myself to get faster, stronger and be in the best shape possible. I am extremely self-motivated, but at times it helps to have people to workout with. Here is a clip of my friend Cleaven and I doing sprints on a treadmill with resistance bands. Anyone up to give it a try?
